HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER
Great news! You can shop online here on this website. Just add items to your cart and enter your details and payment at the checkout. Then we’ll make your items and ship them to you.
WHAT’s MY ORDER STATUS?
If you created an account on our website prior to placing you order, you can log in and view your order status and tracking. If you checked out as a guest, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’d be happy to provide you with an update.
WHAT’S MY ORDER STATUS?
Good question! Our Team Wear garments take up to 6 weeks to make, and 5 weeks if you’ve selected rush order. Once it’s dispatched you’ll receive an email to say it’s on its way. Once you get that email you can track where it goes until it’s at your door.
If you’re concerned your order is taking longer than above, send us an email to email@example.com and we’d be happy to provide you with an update.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Good question! We’re glad you’re so keen to receive your new Sylvia P.
Our Team Wear garments take up to 6 weeks, and 5 weeks to make if you’ve selected rush order.
CAN I RUSH MY ORDER THROUGH QUICKER?
We’re only able to offer rush order options for Team Wear garments to reduce the turnaround time from 6 weeks to 5 weeks for a fee.
HOW DO I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will help you the best we can.
We are committed to getting you order to you as soon as possible so if your order has been process by our dispatch team it cannot be cancelled. If you ordered a Personalised or Team Wear product and manufacturing of the garment has begun it cannot be cancelled.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
We are only able to accept returns on Team Wear products if the garment is faulty. Visit our Team Wear Returns page to start your return. Please do not send goods to Sylvia P without completing the form and waiting to hear from the customer support team.
CAN YOU HELP WITH SIZING?
We sure can! If you head to our Team Wear Sizing Chart to find out how to measure and a table with sizes. If you’re still stuck, just email your measurements through to email@example.com and we’ll find the best size for you.
I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY ORDER, CAN YOU HELP?
The best thing to do is to first check your tracking number to find the status of your order. If it’s attempted delivery then please contact your local post office. If your order actually looks like it’s dropped off the face of the earth, send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Our online store accepts Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. Our online store does not accept Direct Deposit, Cheques, Diners, AMEX or cash on delivery as payment methods. We do accept Sylvia P gift vouchers.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD?
Yes, online shopping at Sylvia P is safe and secure. Transactions are processed through a secure payment facility which complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). The PCI DSS is the global data security standard that any business of any size must adhere to in order to accept payment cards. It presents common sense steps that mirror best security practices.
HOW LONG WILL MY SHIPMENT TAKE AND WILL IT BE TRACKED?
Great question! All of our shipping includes tracking, just an extra benefit for shopping at Sylvia P. The time it takes will depend on two things: where you’re located and which shipping option you chose at checkout. For more details head to our Shipping page.
WHY AM I BEING CHARGED BY CUSTOMS WHEN I ALREADY PAID FOR SHIPPING?
Our shipping charge is for transport costs only, and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Sylvia P does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will Sylva P accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges. Orders cannot be returned to sender.
Charges vary for every country so it’s best if you get in touch with your local customs office to find out before you purchase.
